In 4 weeks of complete beginners training you will learn the basics of Real Combat Krav Maga in a group of beginners with personal attention. Each week, the classes will swiftly introduce you to the essentials of self defence: distance, posture, de-escalation, movement and counter attacks such as punches, kicks, elbow and knee strikes. However, “basic” does not mean not effective! Our classes are about getting you fit and fearless fast!
